Over the past 15 years, Di has worked on global projects, research, and grants programs across the public sector to drive equitable community investments.

Prior to joining IRIS as Project Manager, Di was Director of Partnerships at the Algorithmic Justice League. Her work at AJL focused on campaigns to mitigate AI harms on marginalized communities. Her background also includes roles at the Open Technology Fund to support the development of tools, research, and digital efforts led by human rights defenders and communities living in repressive regimes. Di currently advises the Digital Democracy Initiative and the Digital Freedom Fund.
